Are you looking for an entry-level position in Administration/Payroll?
You do not need to have any experience, however, a small experience in administration is an advantage!
We are currently hiring French/German/Polish speakers to join our team.
- Process Payroll data of assigned customers
- Daily administrative tasks
- All the processes in Payroll will be taught
- Ensure accuracy of documents and processes
- Meet set up deadlines
- Reporting and data analysis
- Update accordingly payroll system
- Close cooperation with the accounting team and HR
- Command of English (B2) and French/German/Polish (B2)
- Administrative role experience is an advantage
- MS Office
- Willingnesss to learn
