You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the customer service team.

Main responsibilities:
- Primarily assigned to online / electronic activities without the inbound customer interactions.
- Manages product and service complaints forms from customers: monitoring and processing offline customer complaints and warranties in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism.

Location: Prague - Palmovka

Požadavky

- Advanced English, intermediate French
- Knowledge of SAP is advantage
- Detail oriented and precise
- Skilled with Microsoft Office
