Among your everyday obligations are:
- Assist applicants throughout the hiring process


- Conducting interviews and delivering all essential information to candidates


- Keeping track of candidates' information in internal databases


- Recommendation management


- Assistance to the recruitment team
- Direct communication with Hiring Managers

Požadavky

- Some administrative experience preferred
- SAP is an advantage, MS Office is a must
- Pro-active, communication skills, drive to grow and learn
- Strong English command (Written and Spoken B2+)
- Strong command of German B2+ (you will be talking with native German speakers with dialects)
- Ability to rapidly study and interpret data from numerous sources with the capacity to work in virtual teams
