We are in search of an enthusiastic International AP Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Coordination of AP procedures within international teams.
- Leading efforts to enhance processes and facilitate the integration of worldwide solutions.
- Handling global client inquiries and requests.
- Assisting in transitions
- Overseeing compliance with processess, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Foster close cross-functional teamwork and collaboration with management.

Požadavky

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required (C1)
- Profound familiarity with Accounts Payable processes
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong dedication to delivering professional service to external clients.
- Previous involvement in global or international service delivery.
