If yes, apply and these will be your daily responsibilities:
- Leading the whole TA process, implementing recruitment strategies
- Working on various projects, recruitment/acquisition project management, and coordination
- Daily communication with the TA team and TA Business Partners aimed at IT
- Communication with IT vendors
- Managing new service requests, providing TA services, implementing changes in new processes
- Ensuring a fluent communication and cooperation with hiring managers
and internal teams
- Supporting the acquisition and recruitment process
- Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Reporting to legal and compliance departments
What you already have:
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience within the Talent Acquisition or Recruitment management/team leader position in a corporate or a fast-paced environment
- Experience in IT environment is welcome
- At least 4 years of experience on a similar role or in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment management field
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a pro-active approach
- Problem-solving Excellent communication skills
- Experience with managing and communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Interest in Information Technology is appreciated
- Team player and positive approach within the team, you will be working with your colleagues and global acquisition daily
