Do you have knowledge of transactional buying processes, and would you like to build your career as an Associate Buyer Planner?

Then, we are waiting for your CV!

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Reviews and approvals of prepositions
- Adding new vendors and updates in SAP
- Checking of invoices and related POs
- Communication with customers and suppliers in Russian
- Regular reporting and ad hoc. tasks

12- month contract with a possibility of extension
Start: ASAP


- Min. bachelor´s degree
- Excellent knowledge of English, it will be used actively at work in both written and spoken form
- Russian min. B2 is essential as you will communicate with Russian suppliers and customers
- Previous experience in administration IS A NEED
- At least theoretical knowledge of supply chain, planning and procurement (from studies)
- Knowledge of SAP is a great plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, conditional formatting,...)
- Eagerness to learn and work on professional development
- Ability to work independently
- Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
