Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reconciling unapplied payments
- Maintaining intern procedures
- Processing monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
- Checking outgoing payments worldwide
- Daily communication with suppliers and customers
- Processing data in accordance with internal procedures
- Related clients´ care such as answering phones or e-mails
