Our international client is currently looking for a Recruiter who would join their team.
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Responsibility to deliver an end-to-end recruitment process for your assigned country.
- Responsibility for client hiring activities in line with market norms for various job profiles and the agreed talent acquisition process.
- Productive interaction with your Hiring Managers and candidates,
- Screening of candidates, sourcing, and other aspects of the recruitment process
- Daily interaction with Talent Acquisition specialists
- 1+year work experience in a relevant field (customer service or operations delivery is a benefit)
- 3+ months of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong command of Dutch and English
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The knowledge of the MS Office package
- Flexibility and adaptability
