What will you do:
- be in charge of completing the entire recruitment process for your allocated country
- responsible for client hiring actions in accordance with market norms for diverse job profiles, as well as the agreed-upon talent acquisition method
- sourcing, screening of candidates with other recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- be in direct contact with other talent acquisition specialists
- daily cooperation with your candidates and hiring managers
- more than 1-year work experience in a relevant field (customer service or operations delivery is a benefit)
- previous experience in recruitment or HR is a must
- Bachelor degree (HR-related degree is an advantage)
- fluent in English and Dutch (orally, spoken, and written form)
- brilliant communication skills
- an advanced user of the MS Office package
- being flexible and adaptable in the workplace
