Are you a vivid German speaker looking for flexible employment?

Would you like to work for an international company?

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the organizational and administrative support of the company’s top management.

This is a fully remote role, however, you can come to the office if you desire.

You do not have to have previous experience, we will teach you everything. The most important to us are your motivation, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

* Coordinating daily work agenda for German-speaking management

* Planning and scheduling meetings, calls, events, and appointments (both for internal management and external clients)

* Travel planning - booking flights, taxis, hotels, etc.

* Administrative tasks such as expense reporting, document production, control of invoices, etc.


* Fluent German (C1) and English (minimum B2)
* Previous - at least short - work experience in a similar role is needed
* MS Office - user knowledge
* Ability to work rather PART or FULL time (MINIMUM is 4 hours/day)
* Excellent time-management skills
* Strong work ethic.
