As Salesforce Support Specialist, your responsibilities will be:
- Data Management
- Preparing reports
- Using Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Lead training sessions for different organizations and countries
- Being a part of testing or developments in the company
- Preparation of training materials
- Administration support
- Solving ad-hoc situations
- The knowledge of SalesForce Lightning is a must
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- A proficient user of MS Office package (mainly Excel)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Flexible person who likes to work in a team
