This position is suitable for both junior and senior professionals with experience in financial controlling, taxes, or payroll. The company provides a thorough comprehensive training program.

As a Payroll Analyst, your key responsibilities will be:

- The entire payroll processing cycle for the assigned country or a company
- Payroll Balances and controls at input and output (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
- Complex payroll queries & escalations
- Vendor operations management
- Point of contact for stakeholders (Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Treasury and others)
- Process improvement and implementation


What you already have:

- 2+ years of relevant experience (Payroll, HR, Finance, Tax, or Controlling)
- Advanced level of spoken and written English – C1
- Advanced level of Spanish/German/French is a great advantage
- MS Office tools, especially Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, …)
- Familiarity with SAP, Workday, ADP software, Peoplesoft
- Experience with process implementations/ transitions
