You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the customer service team.

Main responsibilities:
- All administrative processes of the Customer Service department
- Providing exceptional customer service to our internal customers and support to the customer service team
- Primarily assigned to online / electronic activities without the inbound customer interactions
- Manages product and service complaints: monitoring and processing offline requests, administrative tasks
- Responsible for supporting teams’ operations on various tasks and rquests as per need
- Works and leverages relations with other company departments and sister companies.

Location: Prague - Palmovka

Požadavky

- Fluent in English and French (C1)
- Good administrative skills
- Detail oriented and precise
- Excellent communication skills in writing
- Skilled with Microsoft Office
